From stockroom to sale, one system

Independent stores beat the chains on service and lose to them on systems. The edition closes that gap without a chain's IT budget.

Inventory & catalogScan to sell, scan to receive, print labels for private-label goods. Low-stock alerts and reorder lists by vendor.
In store and onlineThe website sells from the same catalog and the same counts as the register. Pickup in store, ship, or both.
LoyaltyPoints by phone number, no app to download. A customer who swipes twice a month gets a reason to make it three.
SMS flash sales"$10 off today until 6" to everyone who bought in the last 90 days. Redemptions tracked at the register.
Returns & exchangesRefund to the original card or to store credit, stock adjusted both ways, every return on the customer record.
B2B & wholesaleInvoices with net terms, ACH at a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage, and Level 2 data passed automatically so corporate cards clear at lower interchange.
AI, in your words

What the AI does for a store

The way the owner behind the counter would describe it.

Answers "do you have this in a medium?"The AI receptionist answers calls, texts and website chat, checks stock, holds the item for pickup and takes a deposit by pay link if you want one.
Clears the slow moversTell it: "Anything with no sales in 60 days, text a 25% offer to customers who bought that category." It builds the workflow and shows you the list before it sends.
Brings back the lapsed customerA regular who hasn't bought in 90 days gets a text with something they'd want, not a generic blast. Buys again and the loyalty balance says thank you.
Asks for the review on the way outA text an hour after the sale asks for a Google review and routes a complaint to you first. Replies drafted in your voice for you to approve.
Payments built in

The register keeps the whole ticket

A store with 1,400 transactions a month pays for processing 1,400 times. Two ways to make that line smaller.

Compliant dual pricing: shelf tags and the terminal post a cash price and a card price up front, and the card price carries the fee.* Or interchange-plus with one small, disclosed margin, and you save on card fees versus flat-rate pricing: send a statement and we show the math. Both come with Level 2 data optimization for corporate cards.

  • Countertop terminals, handheld readers for the floor, kiosks (hardware)
  • Online checkout from the same account, same catalog, same reports
  • Card on file for layaway, special orders and house accounts
  • ACH at a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage for wholesale invoices; Level 2/3 data for B2B cards
  • Branded digital and physical gift cards, sold at the counter and online (cards)
  • No PCI program fee, no statement fee, no annual fee

Everything we accept, A to Z →

*Where a surcharge is used instead of dual pricing, it is capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance (2% in Colorado and Oklahoma), and debit cards are never surcharged. Dual-pricing and cash-discount programs are subject to card-brand rules and state law and are not available everywhere.

Plans for retail

Which plan fits

A single store starts on Basic ($99/mo, credited back on your monthly processing statement while you process with Merch FinTech, so the software is on us): catalog, website, invoicing, texting and the register. Move to Pro ($299/mo, or $249/mo billed annually) when you want loyalty, SMS flash sales, reviews and the AI receptionist; Pro is credited back at higher processing volumes. Multiple stores run on Enterprise for shared customers and per-store reporting. See pricing.

Run it differently? Consignment, rentals, a showroom that ships, a wholesale desk with its own price list. Need it built around how you run? Custom builds from $1,999.

FAQ

Retail questions

Does dual pricing work at a retail register?
Yes. Shelf tags and the terminal post a cash price and a card price up front, signage is provided, and the terminal applies the right price by tender. Where a surcharge is used instead, it is capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance (2% in Colorado and Oklahoma), and debit cards are never surcharged, so stores run dual pricing rather than a surcharge. Programs are subject to card-brand rules and state law and are not available everywhere.
Can I sell the same inventory online and in the store?
Yes. One catalog powers the register and the website. A sale in either channel adjusts the same stock count, so you don't sell the last one twice.
What is Level 2 data and why does it matter to a B2B retailer?
Corporate and purchasing cards qualify for lower interchange when the transaction carries extra data such as tax amount and customer code. We pass it automatically on invoices and hosted pages, so wholesale orders paid by card cost you less.
How are returns and exchanges handled?
Returns go back to the original card or to store credit, exchanges adjust stock in both directions, and every return is tied to the customer record so you can see patterns.
Can I run more than one store?
Yes. Enterprise gives each store its own account with consolidated reporting, shared customers and loyalty, and transfers between locations.
