We're the payments company that hands you the software
A software company charged you to run your business. A processor took a cut of every sale. Two bills, two logins, your data stuck between them. We run the payments, so the software is on us.

The software companies were the middlemen
For twenty years the deal was fixed against the small business.
A software company charged you hundreds a month to run your business. A separate processor took a cut of every sale. Neither talked to the other, so you re-typed customers, chased payments by hand and paid for a stack of tools that each did one thing.
Merch FinTech collapses that. Because we run the payments, we can hand you the business software the middleman used to sell you. Basic is $99 a month; while you process with Merch FinTech we credit it back on your monthly processing statement. Pro is credited back at higher processing volumes; talk to us. You get the whole operation on one login, and the margin that used to fund someone else's sales team stays in your business.
The processing itself is priced two ways: interchange plus one small, disclosed margin, with the math shown on your statement, or a compliant zero-cost program where the card price, set within the card-brand cap, covers the processing. No PCI program fee, no statement fee, no annual fee.
What you have now
With Merch FinTech
The same model the biggest platforms used
The platforms that won restaurants, retail and fitness combined software with payments. The economics of payments funded the software. We hand that model to businesses and to the partners who already have the merchants.
One platform, several front doors
Merch FinTech LLC holds every processor and partner contract. The brands are how different customers find the same platform.
Built by someone who has paid both bills
Yoni Harel
Yoni built Lice Busters from one treatment room to 13 locations, and spent 15 years getting clinics enrolled as insurance providers so parents could get reimbursed. He ran Alliance Health, a provider group that delivered COVID testing at about 100 locations, and Number One Lab, a medical lab he sold after two years. He owns Remote Heroes, a virtual-assistant company whose team is being trained to staff onboarding and the branded help desk for Merch FinTech partners.
Every one of those businesses paid a software company and a processor separately. Merch FinTech is the company he wished had existed.
Small team, long memory
Offices in Florida and New York. Onboarding and support staffed by people who have run front desks, not call centers. Partners' merchants get a branded help center and our desk on chat and email during business hours (Eastern), with same-business-day callbacks; extended hours are an add-on.
We publish our software prices, cite competitor pricing with a date, and label every example as illustrative. If another provider is the better choice for you, the comparison page says so.
Four things you will never see from us
- Name our technology partners in marketing. The engine under the software and the processor behind the rails stay unnamed. You deal with us, and so do our partners' merchants.
- Charge junk fees. No PCI program fee, no statement fee, no annual fee, no customer-service fee. One disclosed margin, shown on your statement.
- Lock your data. Contacts, invoices, transaction history and schedules are yours and exportable at any time, including after you leave.
- Make money unless you do. Our revenue is a margin on the payments you take, which is why Basic is credited back while we process them. When your sales go up, so does our interest in keeping you.
