Builds start at $1,999 one-time. Most builds are a single one-time fee and a few weeks of work; larger builds are quoted the same way, with milestones. Scope and fixed quote are in writing before we start.

The build runs on any plan, with or without our processing. If you do process with us, Basic is $99/mo and we credit it back on your monthly processing statement, so the software is on us.

Questions about custom builds

What does a custom build cost?

Builds start at $1,999 one-time. After the discovery call you get a written scope and a fixed quote; the price does not move unless you change the scope. The build runs on any plan, and there is no ongoing fee for the build itself.

How long does a build take?

Weeks, not months. The scope states the delivery date. Most builds are a single one-time fee and a few weeks of work; larger builds are quoted the same way, with milestones in writing.

Do I need to process payments with you?

No. A custom build runs on any plan with or without our processing. If you do process with us, Basic is credited back on your monthly processing statement, and the payment flows we build run on your own merchant account.

What if my process changes after the build?

Every build comes with 30 days of tuning after the walkthrough. After that you can change anything yourself with the documentation and SOP video, request a quoted change from us, or describe the change to the AI workflow builder.

Who owns the build?

You do. The pipelines, forms, automations and documentation live in your account and stay there if you change plans. Your contacts, records and stored cards export as data and tokens if you ever leave.

Can a partner resell custom builds?

Yes. Partners offer the custom build to their own merchants under their brand. We do the discovery, scoping and build; the partner sets the retail price and owns the relationship. Terms are in the partner agreement.
