Processors mark up terminals and lock them to leases. We make money on processing and software, so the hardware is passed through.
Purchase at our costBuy the device for what it costs us. Your quote shows the number. No lease, no 48-month equipment contract, no early-termination fee.
Placement on volumeWhen your processing volume supports it, we place the device at no charge for as long as you process with us. Terms are in writing on the quote.
Dual-pricing readyEvery device shows the cash price and the card price, applies the right treatment to debit under a surcharge program and prints the required receipt language. See zero-cost processing.
Reprogram what you ownCompatible terminals and PIN pads are reprogrammed to your new account at no charge. Devices locked to another processor's platform usually cannot be; we tell you which before you commit.

Kiosks that take the line away
Donation kiosks for shuls and nonprofitsUnattended-rated kiosk devices in enclosures for lobbies, with preset amounts, a custom amount and dedication text; handheld terminals for events. Recurring gifts are set up with the donor's consent and a receipt. The gift creates the donor record and the thank-you text. Questions about hardware
How much does the hardware cost?
We sell it at our cost or place it at no charge when your volume supports it. Your quote lists each device, its cost and the placement option side by side, so you can choose.
Can I keep the terminal I already have?
Often, yes. We reprogram compatible countertop terminals and PIN pads at no charge. Devices locked to another processor's platform, which includes most all-in-one brands, usually cannot be reused. Send us the model and we will tell you.
Does tap on phone need a card reader?
No. Tap on phone accepts contactless cards and wallets directly from our app on a supported phone, with no reader, for house calls, deliveries, events and anyone who takes a few in-person payments a day. Chip-insert and swipe always need a reader, so a pocket-size mobile reader covers those.
Do the devices connect to the business software?
Yes. Every sale on every device lands in the same platform as your booking, invoicing, customer records and reporting. A terminal sale closes the appointment; a kiosk donation creates the donor record and the receipt. See the business platform.
What happens if a device breaks?
Support is included. We troubleshoot remotely first and replace defective equipment under the device's warranty or placement terms so your counter is not down. A spare mobile reader works as a backup in the meantime.
