Before you write
How does the free statement comparison work?
Send one or two recent merchant processing statements. Within one business day we show your true effective rate and what you would keep on interchange-plus or the zero-cost program, with the software you would stop paying for. No obligation, and we say so if your current provider is cheaper.
How long does setup take?
Demo environment in three business days. First merchant live in one to two weeks, subject to underwriting and carrier text-messaging registration. Software onboarding with data migration for a single-location business usually completes inside two weeks; custom builds are delivered in weeks, on the date in your scope.
Do you have long-term contracts?
Terms are in your merchant and program agreement, and we walk you through them before you sign anything. Your merchant account is in your own name with our processing partner, and your stored cards and customer records move with you as tokens and exports if you ever leave. We keep merchants by being worth keeping, not by locking them in.
