Every seat, every order, every dollar

Restaurants get squeezed from every side: delivery apps take a commission, processors take a percentage, no-shows take tables. This edition takes those three back.

QR ordering & pay at the tableA code on the table opens the menu. Guests order, split, tip and pay from their phone. Servers turn tables faster and nobody waits for the check.
Commission-free online orderingPickup and delivery from your own site, on your domain. You keep what the apps would take, and you keep the guest's number for the next offer.
Loyalty & SMS offersVisit rewards tied to the guest's phone number. A Tuesday text to 1,400 regulars fills a slow night for the cost of the messages.
Reservations & wait listBook online, join the wait list by text, get a "table's ready" message. Card on file or a deposit for large parties and prime-time tables.
ReviewsA text after the meal asks for the Google review. Unhappy guests get routed to the manager before they post.
Tips & tip poolingTips captured on the terminal, the QR page and online orders. Pooling rules you set, reports by server and shift, export for payroll.
AI, in your words

What the AI does for a restaurant

The way an owner on the floor would describe it.

Picks up the phone during the rushThe AI receptionist answers "are you open?", "do you have a table for six?" and "can I order ahead?" by call, text or chat, books the table or sends the ordering link, and never puts anyone on hold.
Fills TuesdayTell it: "If Tuesday is under 60 covers by Monday night, text the regulars who haven't been in for 30 days with a free appetizer." It builds the workflow and asks before it sends.
Confirms the big partyA party of 12 gets a confirmation text, a reminder the day before and a card-on-file hold you can keep if they vanish. Reply "cancel" and the table goes to the wait list.
Answers the reviewsDrafts a reply to every new review in your voice, flags the one-star for you to read first, and sends the four-star guest a reason to come back.

High counts, small tickets, no fee line

A restaurant swipes more cards in a week than a law firm does in a year. That is where dual pricing pays off most.

Run a compliant dual-pricing program and the menu posts a cash price and a card price up front, with signage we provide. The system applies the right price by tender, and the card price carries the fee.* Prefer a single price? Interchange-plus with one small, disclosed margin, and you save on card fees versus flat-rate pricing: send a statement and we show the math.

  • Countertop terminals, handhelds for the floor, self-order kiosks (hardware)
  • Pay-at-table QR pages and online ordering on the same account
  • Tips captured on every channel; tip reports for payroll
  • Card on file for reservations, catering deposits and house accounts
  • ACH at a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage for catering invoices and corporate accounts
  • Branded digital and physical gift cards, sold at the counter and online (cards)
  • No PCI program fee, no statement fee, no annual fee

Payroll for your staff runs on the same login — see payroll.

*Where a surcharge is used instead of dual pricing, it is capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance (2% in Colorado and Oklahoma), and debit cards are never surcharged. Dual-pricing and cash-discount programs are subject to card-brand rules and state law and are not available everywhere.

Plans for restaurants

Which plan fits

A single location runs Pro ($299/mo, or $249/mo billed annually) for loyalty, SMS offers, reviews and the AI receptionist. A cafe or counter-service spot that wants online ordering, reservations and payments can start on Basic ($99/mo, credited back on your monthly processing statement while you process with Merch FinTech, so the software is on us). Two or more locations go on Enterprise for per-location reporting. Pro is credited back at higher processing volumes. See pricing.

Run it differently? Ghost kitchens, food trucks, a bar program with bottle service, a kosher kitchen with holiday cutoffs. Need it built around how you run? Custom builds from $1,999.

FAQ

Restaurant questions

Can I take online orders without paying delivery-app commissions?
Yes. Your ordering page runs on your website and your domain. Guests order pickup or delivery from you directly and pay you directly. You keep the commission the apps charge, and you keep the guest's phone number for the next offer.
Does dual pricing work at a restaurant POS?
Yes. The menu and the terminal post a cash price and a card price up front, with signage we provide, and the system applies the right price by tender. Where a surcharge is used instead, it is capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance (2% in Colorado and Oklahoma), and debit cards are never surcharged, which is why restaurants run dual pricing rather than a surcharge. Programs are subject to card-brand rules and state law and are not available everywhere.
How do tips and tip pooling work?
Tips are captured on the terminal, the QR pay-at-table page and online orders. Tip reports by server, shift and day export for payroll, with pooling rules you set.
Does it replace my POS?
For counter service, fast casual and cafes, yes: countertop terminals, handhelds, kiosks and QR ordering run on the platform. A full-service kitchen with a POS you like can keep it and run ordering, reservations, loyalty, marketing and payments with us.
What do reservations and wait list cost?
They're part of the platform, with no per-cover fee. A card on file or deposit can be required for large parties and prime-time tables, with reminder texts and your cancellation terms.
