Eight kinds of practice, one platform

Each edition loads the application form, booking rules, agreements, billing schedule and follow-up that kind of practice runs on. Two of them have a full page of their own.

Business CoachingDiscovery-call booking with an application form, a proposal with a pay link, and a 6- or 12-month program billed in installments by card on file or ACH. Group programs and masterminds run as memberships, with access tied to payment. The course area holds your curriculum, and the community lives on the same login.
Career CoachPackages of three, six or ten sessions sold on a pay link and booked from the client's own portal, with the resume and intake uploaded before the first call. Reminders cut no-shows, and a win-back text goes to anyone who stops booking. Small, frequent swipes, so card on file and rebooking automations do the work.
Financial ConsultantAn e-signed engagement letter, a project or monthly retainer billed by ACH at a flat per-item fee, and a document request list that chases until the file is complete. Invoices carry a pay link, with Level 2/3 data on corporate cards from business clients. The edition handles scheduling, agreements and billing; the advice stays yours.
IT ConsultantMonthly managed-services retainers drafted by ACH on the 1st, a ticket intake form that lands in a pipeline, and project invoices with a pay link and a deposit up front. Business clients paying by corporate card get Level 2/3 treatment. Renewal reminders go out before the contract term ends.
Life CoachDiscovery calls booked from your site or a text, packages and monthly memberships billed by card on file, and a course area for the programs you build once and deliver many times. Session reminders, between-session check-ins and a win-back sequence for clients who drift. Everything a client needs is in one portal.
Real Estate ConsultantConsultation booking with a deposit, proposals for advisory or development engagements, and retainers or milestone invoices billed by ACH for the large amounts. A pipeline per engagement, document collection per project, and a review request when the deal closes.
Virtual assistant businessesHourly and retainer billing by card on file or ACH, a shared inbox per client, and task intake that lands in a pipeline. VA companies that run their clients' systems take a sub-account per client, or sell clients their own account under the Partner Program.Full edition → Any small businessThe general edition: CRM, booking, invoicing, two-way texting, forms, a website and a client portal, with the AI workflow builder to add your own rules. What every edition here shares

The four automations every practice gets

Written the way a coach with a full calendar would describe them.

Intake and application formsProspects apply before they book. The form qualifies budget, timing and fit; the AI offers a discovery call to the ones that match and a polite no to the rest.
Consult booking with a depositDiscovery calls and paid consults book themselves, with a deposit on the pay link when you want one. Reminders by text and email, a reschedule link, and a no-show follow-up.
Payment plans and retainer remindersInstallments draft on schedule from a card or bank account on file. A declined card is retried and the client texted; a retainer coming due gets a reminder with a pay link.
Review requests and document chasingAfter a program milestone or a finished engagement, a review request goes out. Signed agreements, intake documents and homework are chased until they arrive.
Payments built for coaching & consulting

Programs paid on time, fees kept low

Coaches and consultants sell high-ticket programs and monthly retainers. Both run cheaper on ACH and card on file than on a flat-rate processor.

Your merchant account is in your own name with our processing partner; your stored cards and client records move with you as tokens and exports if you ever leave. Cards are priced interchange plus one small, disclosed margin, with the math on your statement. Where state law permits, a compliant dual-pricing program can move the card cost to the client, within the card-brand and state caps.*

  • ACH at a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage for retainers, program balances and large consulting invoices; you decide whether the payer covers it. Returned payments: the processor's return fee passes through at cost, with two automatic retries
  • Card on file for installment plans and memberships, with smart retries and a text when a card declines
  • Level 2/3 data on corporate cards when a business pays for coaching or consulting, which qualifies the transaction for lower interchange
  • Pay links on proposals and invoices; a deposit collected on acceptance, the balance on schedule
  • No PCI program fee, no statement fee, no annual fee

Everything we accept, A to Z →

*Surcharges are capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance, lower in some states; debit cards are never surcharged. Dual-pricing and cash-discount programs are subject to card-brand rules and state law and are not available everywhere.

Plans for coaching & consulting

Start on Basic. Grow into Pro.

Solo coaches and consultants: Basic, $99/mo, credited back on your monthly processing statement while you process with Merch FinTech. CRM, booking, invoicing and payments, two-way texting, forms, a website, a client portal and two users. Courses, memberships, payment-plan automation, the AI receptionist and campaigns are in Pro, $299/mo or $249/mo billed annually, credited back at higher processing volumes. Practices with associate coaches or client sub-accounts: Enterprise. See pricing. VA companies and consultants who run clients' systems should look at the Partner Program.

FAQ

Coaching and consulting questions

Can I sell a course or a membership through the platform?
Yes. Memberships and courses are included in Pro. Sell on a pay link or a funnel page, bill once or monthly by card on file, and tie access to payment. Kajabi or Teachable can go.
How do payment plans work?
You set the schedule, three, six or twelve installments, and the client's card or bank account on file is drafted on those dates. A declined card is retried automatically and the client gets a text with a link to update it. ACH drafts carry a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage.
Do I need Pro, or is Basic enough?
Basic runs a solo practice: CRM, booking, invoicing and payments, two-way texting, forms, one website, a client portal and two users. You need Pro for courses and memberships, workflow automation, the AI receptionist, email and SMS campaigns and review requests.
I run a VA or consulting company that manages clients' systems. Which plan?
If clients live inside your account, Enterprise gives you unlimited sub-accounts. If you want to sell clients their own account under your brand, the Partner Program does that: your brand on your own environment, we run the software company behind it and split the revenue. The virtual assistants edition explains both.
